The Restaurant at The Chedi Andermatt not only offers you a breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps, but also exquisite cuisine, awarded 15 GaultMillau points. The opulent dining room with imposing chandeliers, several panoramic windows and four open-plan studio kitchens creates a unique ambience. Welcome to the Swiss gourmet heaven!

Gourmet-Restaurant in the Swiss Alps

Our unusual dishes are prepared right in front of your eyes so that you can savour the culinary delights up close. The menu is characterised by Asian and European influences and offers a tempting selection of popular classics and creative creations. A special highlight for cheese lovers is the five-metre-high glassed-in Cheese Cellar, where guests can taste more than 50 different regional and national delicacies.

Breakfast: 07:00 – 11:00 o’clock (Daily)
Dinner: Open from 18:30, last order at 22:00 o’clock (Daily)

Kindly note that we have two seatings for dinner reservations.

First seating: 18:30 – 20:45 o’clock
Second seating: From 21:00 o’clock

The Chedi Sunday Champagne Brunch: Every last Sunday of the month from 12:00 noon to 15:00 o'clock (excluding the 28th of April 2024).
