Arrival at The Spa
Arriving at The Spa We recommend that you arrive as early as 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and enjoy the peace and tranquility that reigns at The Spa. Arriving late will shorten the treatment time.
Are mobile phones allowed at The Spa?
Out of respect for the tranquillity of The Spa, we ask that you mute your mobile phone for the duration of your spa visit.
What is the dress code in The Spa?
You can wear the bathrobe and slippers from your hotel room or we will hand them out to you at The Spa. Please wear swimwear in the hydrotherapy area. The saunas and steam baths are textile-free zones.
For treatments, we will provide you with spa clothing, including spa underwear. Of course, you can also wear your own clothes if you prefer and feel more comfortable that way. Our therapists always cover your body to respect your privacy. At The Gym we recommend that you wear appropriate footwear.
Where can I keep my valuables?
We provide a safe place for your personal belongings in the spa area. However, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage. We recommend that you keep valuables in the safe in your hotel room.
How do I deal with health restrictions?
Please inform us of any special health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or similar when you make an appointment. We recommend that you do not consume alcohol immediately before or after spa treatments or the use of any facilities at The Spa and Health Club.
Are children allowed in the spa?
- The minimum age for entry to The Spa & Health Club is 16 years. Children under the age of 16 may only use The Spa & Health Club when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Use of the pools: Children under 16 years of age may use the indoor and outdoor pools only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Use of the sauna area: Children over the age of 12 are only allowed to use the hydrotherapy area if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that saunas and steam baths are nude zones. Use of these nude zones with children is the responsibility of the parents.
- Use of The Health Club: Children are allowed to enter The Health Club from the age of 16. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to enter.
Are the pools suitable for non-swimmers?
The maximum depth of the pool is 1.60m. The facilities are not supervised by lifeguards. Children may only use the pool under adult/guardian supervision.
Is smoking allowed in The Spa?
We would like to politely inform you that the entire spa area is a non-smoking area.
What is the cancellation policy?
The treatments you choose will be reserved especially for you. Appointments at The Spa are in high demand and we will endeavour to find a replacement if you need to cancel at short notice. If we are unable to re-book the appointment and if the treatment has been cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. In case of no-show the fee is 100 %.
