With the new Japanese restaurant on Mount Gütsch, star cook Dietmar Sawyere has further refined the unique concept of The Japanese in what is Switzerland’s highest-altitude Japanese restaurant. The menu is accordingly sophisticated, with the finest Japanese dishes like shidashi bentō, omakase, kaiseki, sushi and tempura prepared for you fresh at 2300m above sea-level.
